The Alliance Regional Technical Support Hub (Hub) is announcing the competition for local/regional consultants for Team for development of the Package of prevention, care and support services for MSM in Eastern Europe Region in the framework of "Eastern Europe and Central Asia Signs of a Hidden HIV Epidemic: Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM) in E&E Countries" project supported by AIDSTARII
Timeline of the consultancy: November, 2010 - January, 2011
Countries for the regional package of services coverage:
Package of services consultation will cover 12 Eastern Europe and Central Asia such as: Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan.
