The Alliance Regional Technical Support Hub (Hub) for Eastern Europe and Central Asia has been established to improve access for civil society organisations to high quality technical support to scale up national and regional HIV and AIDS responses across the region.
The Eastern Europe and Central Asia Hub was established by the International HIV/AIDS Alliance (the Alliance) to build the capacity of civil society organizations to manage technical assignments to maximum effect.
EECA Hub joins network of the Regional Technical Support Hubs established all over the world by the Alliance.

The Regional Technical Support HUB for Eastern Europe and Central Asia is hosted by the ICF "International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine".
The International Charitable Foundation International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine is a leading professional organisation at the forefront of the national Ukrainian response to HIV/AIDS.
Building on its experience and achievements in Ukraine, the Alliance has begun systematic technical support provision to the development of prevention projects and capacity of AIDS-service organisations in the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
